Clients can reschedule their service without penalty provided the request is made at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours may incur additional charges based on availability.
4. Responsibilities
Kentish Town Man with Van is responsible for the safe transportation of goods as per the agreed schedule. However, we are not liable for any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions, traffic, or other events beyond our control.

5. Liability
